DipaliZ Fishing Patriots July Tee Soft Cotton Shirt

This DipaliZ tee is a unisex softstyle cotton T-shirt bringing fishing imagery together with an Independence Day theme. The shirt is made from 100% ring-spun US cotton. Five garment colours are offered, most of them in the water tones that suit the subject rather than in flag colours. It is bought for the 4th of July weekend by people who intend to spend it on a lake rather than at a parade.

The story behind this design

The flag element is worked into the water rather than flown above it: the ripples beneath the lure carry alternating red and white bands, so the patriotic reference only resolves once you have looked at the surface for a moment. The lure itself is the sharpest object in the composition and sits slightly off-centre, leaving room for the line to run across the chest. Daisy and Light Blue were picked because they read as afternoon water.
