The story behind this design

Coffee beans and code sit in the same frame, the beans drawn simply enough to double as punctuation in the line of type beside them. The joke is quiet rather than shouted, which is the right register for a shirt worn at a desk all day. On light blue the artwork reads cool and technical, and on white it comes forward as a straight graphic statement.
