Snowball Quilt Simplified

Nine-patch and snowball blocks combine to form a simple but versatile quilt. The simplicity of the snowball block allows numerous possibilities. You may leave it plain or make it fancy with doilies and snowflake quilting. As a friendship quilt, the snowball block has wide open spaces for signing names and personal messages. Or use a photo transfer medium to preserve special moments in a Memories wallhanging.
