SleepAid Orange Taylor Kids Blue Light Glasses – Black
The same SleepAid Orange lens as the adult range, in a frame built for smaller faces. The standard evening lens — a step gentler than the red SleepAidMax, and the one most families start with.
SleepAid Orange filters 99% of light between 380 and 550nm, measured by Micro-Light Optics against ISO 12312-1 and ANSI Z80.3. At 48.2% visible light transmission it's a Category 1 filter: clearly tinted, but light enough to read, play or watch a film through.
For the wind-down hour — tablets, games and TV after dinner. For daytime homework, the clear or yellow Taylor frames are better suited.
Fun, flexible and durable, with a black frame sized for children.
A note for parents: evening light does suppress melatonin, and lenses like these reduce that suppression — that part is well established. Whether it improves a child's sleep is not something the research has shown, and a consistent bedtime does more than any lens.
