GVS Poretics Polyester Track Etch Membrane (PETE) is made from a thin polyester film with precisely defined pores.
0.4µm, NON-STERILE, 47mm diameter
- Thin, track-etched precision filters, similar to the PCTE membranes, but with better solvent resistance and wider chemical resistance.
- Naturally hydrophilic, they contain no wetting agents, plasticizers or other extractables.
Features and Benefits
- Smooth, flat surface
- Polyester is resistant to most commonly used solvents and chemicals except for strong bases.
- Repeatedly autoclavable. No damage has been observed with sustained exposure to temperatures of 140°C (284°F) in air or steam.
