I love Irish Chain quilts! Like a traditional Irish Chain, “Dublin Fancy” alternates between two blocks, but my two blocks are a little busier than the two blocks in a traditional Irish Chain. Instead of a simple square, I used a block with 36 cubes.

In my nine-patch blocks, I decided to add another one of my favorites – pinwheels!

There were some units leftover after piecing the quilt that were just too pretty to throw away. So, this one also has a baby quilt bonus project to use those units!
