DipaliZ Yoga Mat with Monstera Design Rubber for Practice

$53.15

The DipaliZ Monstera Yoga Mat is a 24 by 72 inch rubber mat printed with split-leaf monstera foliage. The leaves are drawn large and spaced apart, so the pattern reads clearly from standing height. Rubber keeps the mat flat and stationary on a hard floor. The mat suits home practice, plant lovers and anyone who prefers a bold motif to a small repeat.

The story behind this design

Monstera leaves earn their place in a design because the splits and holes do the work that a busy pattern usually has to do. Here they are scaled up until three or four leaves fill the width of the mat, overlapping at the edges and leaving deep green gaps between. The green is kept to two tones only, so the shapes stay the subject rather than the color.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What size is this yoga mat?
A: The DipaliZ Monstera Yoga Mat measures 24 by 72 inches.

Q: What material is the mat?
A: The mat is made of rubber.

Q: How large are the printed leaves?
A: They are scaled so that three or four leaves span the 24 inch width of the mat, which makes the motif easy to read while standing.

Q: Is this the same design as the layered tropical leaf mat?
A: No. This mat uses large, widely spaced split monstera leaves, while the tropical leaf mat is a denser all-over pattern of smaller foliage.

Care

Wipe the mat clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap after practice. Let it air dry flat, away from direct sunlight, before rolling it up. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron.
