DipaliZ Pepper Tea Towels Quick Drying

$17.37

The DipaliZ Pepper Tea Towel is a printed kitchen towel measuring 18 by 30 inches. The towel is offered in two materials, cotton twill and polyester. Misfit peppers are printed across it, each one bent or lopsided rather than shop-perfect. This towel suits home cooks who like a joke on the countertop and makes a small, useful gift.

The story behind this design

These peppers are deliberately wrong: shoulders uneven, stems off-center, bodies curving where a catalog pepper would stand straight. Reds, greens and yellows are used at full strength so the shapes read as produce even when the outlines are odd. The joke is gentle and it is the same joke running through the whole DipaliZ misfit produce range.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What is the DipaliZ Pepper Tea Towel made of?
A: Two materials are offered on this listing, cotton twill and polyester. You choose one at checkout.

Q: What size is the pepper tea towel?
A: 18 by 30 inches, the single size this listing offers in either material.

Q: Which material should I pick?
A: Cotton twill has more texture and absorbs well for drying dishes. Polyester holds print color crisply and is the better pick if the towel is mostly decorative.

Q: What is printed on the DipaliZ pepper tea towel?
A: Misfit peppers, drawn bent and uneven rather than as tidy supermarket produce, scattered across the towel.

Care

Machine wash in cool water with like colors and tumble dry low. Cotton twill will soften with washing; polyester dries faster. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the print.
