DipaliZ Geometric Beach Towel Vintage Tile Pattern Cotton

The DipaliZ Retro Geometric Beach Towel is a printed beach towel offered at 30 by 60 inches and 36 by 72 inches. The design is a vintage tile repeat in warm mid-century color, printed across the full face. Each square tile carries a quarter-circle motif that joins with its neighbors to make larger shapes. The larger size gives a full-length adult room to lie down. Sizes come from this towel's own specification.

The story behind this design

Mid-century tile design loved the quarter circle, because four tiles turned different ways make a full circle, two make a wave and none of it needs a new drawing. This towel plays that game across its whole face, so larger forms appear and dissolve depending on where you look. The palette is the period's own: mustard, rust, teal and a chalky cream.
