DipaliZ Geometric Bath Mat Navy Blue Plush Microfiber

$26.98 $29.98

The DipaliZ Geometric Bath Mat is a 100% microfiber mat with a navy blue geometric print and an anti-slip backing. Two sizes are offered: 24 by 17 inches and 34 by 21 inches. The design is applied by sublimation, so the pattern is in the fiber rather than sitting on top of it.

The story behind this design

Geometry is the right language for a bath mat, because the thing is almost always seen from directly above and almost always partly covered by a foot. A repeating navy figure survives both: there is no single correct orientation to get wrong, and no focal point to stand on. Keeping the palette to one color and the plain ground means the pattern still reads when the mat is damp and the pile is flattened.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What sizes does this mat come in?
A: Two: 24 by 17 inches, and 34 by 21 inches.

Q: Does it slip on a tiled floor?
A: It has an anti-slip backing. Lay it on a dry floor so the backing can grip.

Q: What is the mat made of?
A: 100% microfiber with a plush pile.

Q: Will the pattern fade?
A: The design is applied by sublimation, which puts the color into the fiber rather than onto the surface.

Q: How should I clean it?
A: Wash it cold on a gentle cycle and dry it on low heat. High heat is what damages an anti-slip backing, so keep it away from a hot dryer.

Care

Wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry or dry on low heat. Do not bleach and do not iron. High heat can damage the anti-slip backing.
