DipaliZ Garden Vibe Coasters Delicate Scrollwork

The DipaliZ Garden Vibe Coasters are a set of four square cork coasters measuring 3.75 by 3.75 inches each. Watercolor roses and violets sit inside delicate scrollwork on every coaster. Cork absorbs the ring a cold glass leaves rather than pushing it onto the table. A set of four covers a small table of guests or a household of daily mugs.

The story behind this design

Scrollwork and loose watercolor are an odd pair, because one is ruled and the other is not. Keeping them apart is what makes it work: the scroll sits as a fine border near the edge and the flowers stay in the middle, so neither has to negotiate with the other. Roses and violets were chosen for the color gap between them, a warm pink against a cool purple.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How many coasters are in the set?
A: Four. The DipaliZ Garden Vibe Coaster set contains four coasters.

Q: What are the coasters made of?
A: Cork, which absorbs condensation instead of letting it run onto the table.

Q: What size and shape are they?
A: Each coaster is square and measures 3.75 by 3.75 inches.

Q: Can they go in the dishwasher?
A: No. Wipe cork coasters with a damp cloth and dry them right away; soaking and dishwashers will swell the cork.

Care

Wipe the coasters with a damp cloth and dry them straight away rather than soaking them, because cork holds water. Keep them out of the dishwasher and away from direct heat.
