DipaliZ Boho Sherpa Blanket Fleece Throw

$35.53

Size 50" × 60" 60" × 80"

Color Grey Beige

This is a sherpa fleece throw blanket by DipaliZ carrying a boho pattern. Sherpa is a thick fleece with a deep curled pile that imitates shearling, making it the warmest and heaviest blanket DipaliZ offers. Two sizes are available, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches, each with a Grey or Beige backing. The blanket suits an autumn living room, a nursery chair or a camping trip where weight is not the problem.

The story behind this design

Boho on a blanket usually means borrowed geometry, and the honest version of it is to keep the shapes simple and let the repeat do the work. This pattern uses blocks, diamonds and short dashed lines arranged in bands, the way a woven textile builds a pattern row by row rather than as a picture. On the Beige backing the bands read as natural dye; on Grey the same geometry turns cooler and more graphic, closer to a modern rug than a folk weave.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, or air dry flat. Do not iron. Sherpa takes longer to dry than flat fleece, so allow the time rather than raising the heat.
