Each coaster is square and measures 3.75 inches by 3.75 inches. The surface carries an ancient harvest design printed on the cork face. These are coasters, not a trivet or a placemat, so they are sized for a glass or a mug rather than a serving dish.

Product details

Coaster set, natural cork

Size: 3.75" × 3.75" each

Shape: Square

Printed ancient harvest design on the cork face

Original DipaliZ artwork, printed on demand

The story behind this design

The harvest motif is drawn as grain heads and seed forms in the manner of an old botanical plate, which sits naturally against cork's speckled brown ground. Because cork tints everything warm, the design was kept to dark line work rather than broad colour. The result looks closer to a printing-block impression than to a photographic print.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What are these DipaliZ coasters made of?
A: The coasters are made of natural cork.

Q: What size and shape are they?
A: Each DipaliZ coaster is square and measures 3.75 inches by 3.75 inches.

Q: Is this a coaster or a placemat?
A: It is a coaster set.
