What we need from you?
Full mouth intra-oral scan STL files upper/lower jaws and bite, full mouth CEPH X-Ray or CBCT, patient front and side photos, we will communicate with you during the treatment plan design and have you approve the case before we manufacture the aligners. Treatment plan cost and 1 free refinements are included. Give us a call your 1st test case is $500 only!
We use Zendura FLX materials for your aligners, quality is always our top priority!
You can also order a treatment plan directly. Our designs come with 1 refinements, where the doctor can give feedback and we will alter our designs accordingly. Additional refinements are $50.00 each.
