- Processes up to 209 racks per hour while using only 100 gallons per hour maximum and 0.48 gallons per rack.
- Proportional rinse, progressive anti-jam drive, and digital jam monitoring help keep racks moving smoothly.
- 20-inch vertical clearance accommodates 18" x 26" sheet pans, and NSF pot & pan mode is included.
- Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, insulated 180° doors, and one-piece wash arm manifolds support durability and easy cleaning.
- Ships with one 20" x 20" peg rack and one 20" x 20" flat rack; single-point electrical connection is standard.
