Required feet are 5mm Cording/Piping foot and Gathering/Ruffling foot.
Required thread, standard serger cones and heavy weight decorative thread. Finished measurements 9in x 14-1/4in.
Designed using the BERNINA L890 however it will work with any serger that can create the above stitches.
